  • Yes! We offer event setup and teardown as standalone services or as an add-on to select planning packages, allowing you and loved ones to enjoy the celebration without worrying about cleanup.

  • A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until both the contract and payment have been received.

  • All retainers and payments made are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any remaining balance owed will be handled according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

  • Travel within a designed local service area is included. Events outside of our standard service area may incur a travel fee based on distance, lodging, parking, tolls, or other related expenses. Any applicable travel fee will be discussed before booking.

  • Absolutely! We love traveling for weddings and special events. Custom travel quotes are provided based on your event location and travel requirements.

  • We accept cash, personal check, Venmo, and Zelle.

    We are currently working on accepting all major credit or debit cards.

  • Yes. Flexible payment plans are available for most planning packages. Final payment is due before your event date as outlined in your contract.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings. most couples book 6-18 months in advance, but we are happy to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
